Merchant account control
Every transaction, balance and settlement in one place. The Target dashboard shows what is happening in your merchant account right now, lets you act on it — refund, capture, export, invite a colleague — and keeps a record of who did what. No installation: it runs in the browser, on any device, with the same roles and two-factor authentication everywhere.
Real-time control of your merchant account
The dashboard reads the same event stream that powers your webhooks, so a payment appears on screen within seconds of the authorisation — not at the end of the day. Filter by status, currency, card brand, country or your own order reference, open any transaction to see its full timeline from 3-D Secure to settlement, and act on it without leaving the page.
Live transactions
Authorisations, captures, refunds and declines stream in as they happen, with the decline reason in plain words. Search by amount, last four digits, e-mail or order ID.
Balances per currency
A separate balance for each of your 25 settlement currencies — available, pending and reserved — with the date and amount of the next payout shown beside it.
Refunds & captures in one click
Capture a pre-authorised amount in full or in part, issue a full or partial refund, or void an authorisation — straight from the transaction card, with a confirmation step and an audit entry.
Team roles & 2FA
Invite colleagues with one of five roles, make two-factor authentication mandatory for the whole account and see every login and action in the activity log.
Custom reports
Choose the columns, filters and grouping you need, save the report and schedule it to arrive by e-mail every morning, every Monday or on the first of the month.
Exports CSV/XLSX/API
Download any view as CSV or XLSX, or pull the same data through the Reports API into your accounting system, data warehouse or BI tool.
Five standard reports
Five standard reports cover what a finance team asks for every month. Each can be filtered by period, currency, payment method and merchant ID, exported in a click or delivered on a schedule — and every column is available through the API.
Transactions
Every payment attempt with its status, amount, currency, card brand, issuing country, 3-D Secure result and fee. Built for daily checks and customer support.
Settlements
What we paid out, when and to which account: gross volume, fees, refunds and chargebacks deducted, net amount per settlement currency. Matches your bank statement line by line.
Payout scheduleChargebacks
Open disputes with reason codes, evidence deadlines and the current stage, plus your chargeback ratio per card scheme measured against the scheme thresholds.
Chargeback managementFees
Processing, interchange, scheme and conversion fees itemised per transaction and summed per month — so the invoice never comes as a surprise.
Fee tablesReconciliation
Transactions joined to settlements by a single reference, with every difference flagged. Closes the month in hours instead of days.
Reports APIYour numbers,your way
Conversion by country, card brand and payment method. Approval rate per acquiring bank. Average ticket, refund rate, chargeback ratio, time to settlement. Forty-plus metrics, each one a chart you can filter, compare with the previous period and drop straight into a report. No spreadsheet required — but one is always a click away.
Two screens do most of the work. Overview is where the day starts: balances, today's volume against yesterday's, approval rate and anything that needs your attention. Reports is where the month ends. Everything else — transactions, chargebacks, team, settings — is one click from either.
The sandbox account comes with a full copy of the dashboard and test transactions, so you can try every screen before you sign anything.
Roles and security
Access is granted per person, not per shared password. Each team member signs in with their own e-mail, a second factor and one of five roles — so your accountant sees settlements but cannot refund, and your support agent can refund but cannot change the payout account. Every action is written to the activity log with who, when and from where.
- Owner
- Full access. Manages billing, payout accounts, API keys, integrations and the team; the only role that can change the Owner or close the account.
- Finance
- Sees transactions, balances, settlements, fees and reconciliation; builds and schedules reports; exports data. Cannot refund, capture or edit settings.
- Support
- Searches transactions, issues refunds and captures up to a limit you set, and answers chargebacks with evidence. No access to balances, fees or settings.
- Developer
- Manages API keys, webhooks, the sandbox and payment-page settings; sees the transaction details needed for debugging. No access to balances, payouts or the team.
- Read-only
- Sees everything the Finance role sees, but cannot export, schedule or change anything. Made for auditors, investors and board members.
Account security
- Two-factor authentication: TOTP app or hardware key, enforced per account
- IP allow-list for dashboard sessions and for every API key
- Sessions expire after 30 minutes idle; sign out all devices in one click
- Activity log of every login, refund, export and settings change
- Card numbers masked to the first six and last four digits — PCI DSS Level 1
- Single sign-on via SAML on the Enterprise plan
A transaction appears within 15 seconds of the authorisation on average — the dashboard reads the same event stream as your webhooks. Balances update the moment a payment is captured, refunded or settled. Analytics are recalculated every five minutes; scheduled reports use the closing figures of the day so that they match your settlements exactly.
Yes. Invite them with the Finance or Read-only role: they see transactions, settlements, fees and reports, but card numbers are always masked and refunds are out of reach. Access can be limited to a single merchant ID or currency, and you can revoke it in one click — every session they open is listed in the activity log.
Three ways. Schedule any report as CSV or XLSX to an e-mail address or an SFTP folder; pull the same data through the Reports API — JSON, paginated, filtered by any column; or subscribe to webhooks and build your own feed. The Developer role can set all of this up without seeing balances. See the developer documentation for the endpoints.
No. The dashboard, all five reports, scheduled exports, the Reports API and an unlimited number of team members are included in every plan — from Start at 1.9% + €0.20 per transaction with no monthly fee. A dedicated personal manager comes with Business and Enterprise; single sign-on is part of the Enterprise plan. See the plans on the pricing page.
